Ms. Clack currently runs her own recruitment business and specializes in recruitment and staffing for both non-profit and for profit organizations and businesses. Ms. Clack has had extensive experience in running small businesses and non-profit efforts and providing expertise in human resource management, insurance and liability issues, and fiscal oversight. She formerly was the President of the Marin Council of California Cooperative Nursery Schools. She assisted the Chief Financial Officer of the International 1990 Earth Day event. She also ran the financial and human resource operations of California Environmental Associates.

Treasurer, Ms. Elena Schmid

Ms. Schmid is a 20-year veteran of California’s energy market, and has had extensive experience and leadership in areas of human resources, policy and communication. She currently manages a multi-year and multi-discipline project with the California Energy Commission that provides technical, policy and resource support to their cutting-edge approach to encouraging the development of renewable energy throughout the state and the western region.

Ms. Kauffman Johnson has founded several environmental organizations and has extensive experience managing non-profit organizations. She is one of the pioneers in market-based approaches to improving environmental quality and has developed and implemented several programs in this arena.

Director, Ms. Gigi Coe

Western Public Policy Group, MCI Inc.

Ms. Coe has high-level executive experience in policy and strategic planning for large institutions including MCI, California Public Utilities Commission (PUC), and the California Energy Commission (CEC). She has also served on the Board of Directors of a number of environmental and education non-profits in the San Francisco area.

Director, Ms. Alexis Krivkovich
Engagement Manager, McKinsey & Company

Ms. Krivkovich is currently at the San Francisco office of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. Since joining McKinsey, Ms. Krivkovich has served a broad range of clients across the financial services, industrial and nonprofit sectors on issues related to strategic growth and transformational change. Ms. Krivkovich received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She also holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Economics from Stanford University.
